By using the PLAY n FIT Tennis Academy website or taking part in our programmes, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website or services.

Use of services

Our programmes, coaching sessions and facilities are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Please use them lawfully and in a way that respects other players, parents and staff.

Enrolment and participation

When you enrol in a programme, you:

• Confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete
• Agree to follow academy rules and coaches’ instructions
• Take responsibility for your conduct during sessions
• Agree to pay fees according to the schedule shared at the time of enrolment

Health and safety

Participants — or parents and guardians of minors — are responsible for making sure they are medically fit to play tennis and take part in physical activity, and must tell us about any health conditions or injuries that could affect participation. We may refuse or limit participation where we consider it necessary for safety.

Fees and refunds

Programme fees are non-refundable except where our enrolment policy explicitly says otherwise. If the academy cancels a programme, we will offer a full refund or an alternative arrangement. Please contact us directly about any refund request.

Intellectual property

Content on this website — including text, photographs, logos and design — belongs to PLAY n FIT Tennis Academy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Please do not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PLAY n FIT Tennis Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services. Sport carries inherent risks, and participation is at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
